Read before placing an order or using this site. By using this website and/or placing an order via this website or phone you are agreeing to these terms

The Custom Connection is not responsible for typographical errors. Images are for representation only and may differ from the actual product. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, PayPal or a certified check or money order can be mailed. Use caution when handling products as they may have sharp edges. All prices, availability, offers, sales, terms, and policies are subject to change without notice. All rights reserved.

Sales: All sales are final. It is assumed that there is no warranty or guarantee unless otherwise noted. All warranties are manufacture warranties only. All products sold are for off road/show purposes only and may not be D.O.T. approved or street legal. Please check with local, State, and Federal law before ordering. All products are to be used at your own risk. The end user assumes all liability for the use and installation of any and all products sold by The Custom Connection. All products are to be installed by a professional. The Custom Connection is not responsible for bodily injury, death, or property damage caused by improperly installed products or for using products for other than there designed purpose. If you do not want Custom Connection to charge your credit card, dont place an order.

Insufficient Funds: If your credit card declines you will be notified by email using the email address you provided for the order. We will continue to try and run the card for 7 business days. Once the payment goes through we will ship your order.

Shortages/ Incorrect Orders: All sales are final unless your order is incorrect due to incorrect product(s) or quantities. We check each order prior to shipping to insure accuracy therefore if there is a discrepancy with the order, it must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. See the exchanges section for more information.

Cancellations: If for any reason you need to cancel your order, it must be canceled before it has been shipped. Once the order has shipped it can not be canceled. There is a 3% cancellation fee. All orders that include custom built products can not be canceled.

Damages: All damaged shipments must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. All shipments are shipped without insurance. Shipping insurance is available for additional charge. If you want shipping insurance you must ask for it at the time the order is placed. Damaged shipments may be exchanged for the same product(s) but no refunds will be given. See the exchanges section for more information.

Exchanges: All exchanges must be authorized by Custom Connection before you ship the product(s). All exchanges must be shipped prepaid unless otherwise notified by Custom Connection. Once the exchanges is approved and authorized, if we determine that the customer is not responsible for any shipping or freight charges, Custom Connection will arrange for the product(s) to be picked up by the original shipper or freight company at the address the order was shipped to. All original packaging should be kept. If the original packaging is damaged you must repackage the product(s) in the same or better condition than original. Any shipments received that have not been authorized by Custom Connection will be rejected and returned to the customer at the customers expense. No exchanges will be given if the product(s) have been painted, sanded, broken, bent, cracked, abused or modified ect. in any way. Test for fitment before modifying any part. All custom built products are non-returnable.

Shipping/Tracking: All in stock orders will ship within two business days. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Sheetmetal products are considered custom and are built to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for all custom built to order products to be built. Most orders will ship UPS. Standard shipping is UPS Ground unless otherwise you request faster shipment at the time the order is placed. It is not required, but we recommend placing all orders online so you can confirm the billing, shipping, and payment information is correct. We will gladly take your order over the phone. Call us at 270-860-1103. All Kentucky sales are charged 6% tax. When your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.

Gift Cards: Gift Cards are for retail customers only and are not redeemable for cash.

International Orders: The Custom Connection is not responsible for any extra charges such as taxes, or duty charges etc. that your government may charge. We dont make the laws in your county, we just sell parts.
